Short listed for Bristol University Sports Centre Sculpture commission.

Summer 2002: Awarded a Southwest Arts grant to fund the presentation of a paper at ‘Craft in the 21st Century’ international conference at Edinburgh School of Art.

Summer 2001: AHRB small research grant award (working with Bath Spa University College). “The Employment of 3D modeling software in the Production of Ceramic Artworks.”

Summer 2001: AHRB small research grant award (working with Falmouth College of Art). “The integration of digital technologies into the production of ceramic surfaces.”

Spring 2001: Awarded a SouthWest Arts Crafts Award.

Spring 2000: International ceramic symposium held at the Trialog workshops, Hohr Grenzhausen, Germany.

Summer 1999: International Symposium ‘Artists and the Brick Industry’, a two week residency based in a brick factory near Wolverhampton.
